Grace 101 Gospel Community Leader Apprenticeship

We value both multiplication and having healthy leader teams in our Gospel Community Groups. To that end, we seek to recognize and develop and send out new leader teams that will oversee the discipleship of a Gospel Community.

Grace 101 Gospel Community training, is designed to apprentice couples and individuals to serve in this role as a part of the leadership team of what will be a new Gospel Community. If couples are applying, we ask that each person fill out their own form.

The training portion of Grace 101, will be led by some of the pastoral team, who will provide the teaching, and example for the apprentices. At the end of the training portion (usually 4-5 months), the new apprentices will begin to take on more of the leadership role in the group. This is all preparing them to be sent out on their own to take ownership of leading this new Gospel Community.
